Meet Lee

Broker | Owner | REALTOR®

Real Estate Is More Than Property. It’s About Possibility.

For more than four decades, I have had the privilege of helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Chandler, Tempe, and the surrounding communities of the Phoenix metropolitan area.

I’m Lee Fisher, Broker/Owner of L.A. Fisher Real Estate Investment Company, and real estate has been my profession for more than 41 years—but it has never been just a job to me.

I genuinely love real estate.

I love finding that exceptional home a buyer didn't know existed. I love walking into a property and seeing possibilities that someone else may overlook. I enjoy helping an investor recognize an opportunity, and I take great satisfaction in helping a seller find the right buyer—and creating the marketing and exposure necessary to bring those buyers to the property.

Sometimes that means representing a spectacular luxury residence overlooking Paradise Valley. Sometimes it is a family searching for the home where they will spend the next 20 years. It might be an investor looking for the next fix-and-flip, a rental property to hold for years, a commercial building, land with redevelopment potential, or a property that needs considerable work but has tremendous underlying value.

Every property has a story. Every client has a different objective. My job is to understand both.

Scottsdale & Paradise Valley Are Home

I have lived in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley since 1975. I have watched this part of Arizona grow from a much smaller desert community into one of the country's most distinctive places to live, work, and invest.

There is something extraordinary about real estate surrounding Camelback Mountain and Mummy Mountain.

The mountains aren't simply landmarks—they help define the character of the communities around them.

I have always appreciated homes that take advantage of what makes Arizona special: dramatic mountain views, desert landscapes, interesting architecture, indoor-outdoor living, privacy, beautiful sunsets and properties that feel connected to their surroundings.

From the slopes of Mummy Mountain and the neighborhoods surrounding Camelback Mountain to established Scottsdale communities such as McCormick Ranch and the luxury communities of North Scottsdale, every area has its own personality.

Some buyers want contemporary architecture and walls of glass framing the mountains. Others love the warmth of a traditional Arizona residence, a historic home, a sprawling Paradise Valley estate or a property they can completely reimagine.

The right home isn't necessarily the biggest or most expensive. It's the one that is right for you.

Finding the Right Property for the Buyer

A property search should begin with listening.

Before we start looking at homes, I want to understand what matters to you—not simply the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

How do you want to live? What neighborhoods appeal to you? Do you want mountain views, privacy, walkability, a larger lot, contemporary architecture, a lock-and-leave lifestyle, room to entertain or something with renovation potential? Sometimes the property that ultimately becomes the perfect choice isn't what the buyer originally thought they were looking for.

That's where experience matters.

After more than four decades in Arizona real estate, I understand properties from several perspectives: as homes, as investments and as real estate assets. I'll research the market, explore the alternatives, point out opportunities and potential concerns, and help you make an informed decision.

My objective isn't simply to sell you a property.

It's to help you find the right one.

Finding the Right Buyer for Your Property

When I represent a seller, my philosophy works in the opposite direction:

Find the right buyer for the property—and whenever possible, find more than one.

A home should not simply be entered into the MLS and left there waiting for someone to discover it. We look at what makes the property distinctive and determine who is most likely to appreciate it.

That can include professional photography, floor plans, virtual tours, drone photography when appropriate, online exposure, social media, targeted marketing, property and community information, investor outreach and direct exposure to buyers who may have a particular reason to want that property.

Sometimes the most likely buyer isn't obvious.

An older Paradise Valley home may have value to a traditional homeowner—but it may also attract a remodeler, luxury-home builder, developer or investor because of the land and location. A home needing substantial repairs may not need to be renovated before it is sold. Instead, the answer may be exposing it to multiple qualified investors and creating competition rather than accepting the first wholesale offer that arrives.

Why look at one offer when the right marketing may create several?

Competition can improve more than price. It can also create better terms, stronger buyers and a transaction structured around the seller's priorities.

Luxury Real Estate Without the Attitude

Luxury real estate deserves exceptional service, presentation and attention to detail. But I don't believe luxury service should mean pretension.

Whether we're discussing a multimillion-dollar Paradise Valley estate, a Scottsdale condominium or someone's longtime family home, the fundamentals remain the same: listen carefully, communicate honestly, know the market, pay attention to details and protect the client's interests.

For luxury properties, presentation becomes particularly important.

Buyers aren't purchasing square footage alone. They're responding to architecture, views, privacy, location, lifestyle, finishes, land and the experience of the property.

Our marketing should communicate those qualities.

Real Estate Investors

Investment real estate has always been an important part of L.A. Fisher Real Estate Investment Company. We work with both experienced investors and people considering their first investment property.

That may include:

  • Fix & Flip Properties – Identifying properties with renovation potential, evaluating the neighborhood and likely resale market, and thinking about the exit strategy before the renovation begins.
  • Buy & Hold Investments – Helping investors evaluate properties for long-term rental ownership and portfolio growth.
  • Rental Properties – Understanding not only acquisition price but location, marketability, potential rents, ownership costs and eventual resale considerations.
  • Redevelopment Opportunities – Properties where the land, zoning, location or redevelopment potential may be more valuable than the existing improvements.
  • 1031 Exchange Opportunities – Working with investors and their tax and exchange professionals when moving from one investment property into another.

I enjoy working with investors because they look at real estate differently. The question isn't always, “Would I live here?”

It may be, “What can this property become?”

That is a question I have spent decades helping clients answer.

Commercial Real Estate

Our experience isn't limited to residential real estate.

L.A. Fisher Real Estate Investment Company also works with selected commercial properties, including office properties, retail and restaurant buildings, investment properties, warehouses, commercial land and properties occupied by long-term tenants.

Commercial real estate requires a different analysis.

The building matters, but so can the tenant, lease structure, rent, renewal options, operating expenses, land value, redevelopment potential and the investment objectives of the buyer. Whether we're marketing a commercial investment or helping a client acquire one, our objective is to understand the property as a business decision as well as a piece of real estate.

Experience Matters. So Does Curiosity.

After more than 41 years in real estate, there isn't much I haven't encountered.

But experience shouldn't make someone complacent.

Real estate continues to change. Technology changes. Marketing changes. Contracts change. The way buyers search changes. The way investors evaluate opportunities changes. I believe in combining decades of experience with the willingness to keep learning and use new technology and marketing tools when they benefit my clients.

What hasn't changed is the importance of relationships, communication, and doing the work. I remain personally involved with my clients and their transactions. I want you to understand what is happening, why it matters, and what your options are. Sometimes my role is negotiator. Sometimes it is researcher, marketer, problem solver, or sounding board.

Often, it's all of them.

One Relationship. Many Real Estate Needs.

One of the advantages of working with a brokerage experienced in several areas of real estate is that your needs can change without your relationship having to change.

  • You might purchase a Scottsdale home today and later decide to buy a rental property.
  • You might inherit a home that needs extensive work and want to sell it as-is.
  • You may own a business and need commercial space.
  • You may decide to sell an investment property and explore a 1031 exchange.
  • Or you may simply want to know what your property is worth and whether now is the right time to do something.
  • You don't need to fit into a particular category before calling me.

Sometimes the first step is simply a conversation.

Let's Find the Right Opportunity

From luxury homes surrounding Camelback Mountain and Mummy Mountain to established Scottsdale neighborhoods, homes throughout Phoenix, Chandler and Tempe, investment opportunities, fix-and-flips, rental properties, commercial real estate and land, our business has always been about helping clients recognize opportunity and make informed decisions.

After more than four decades, I still enjoy walking into a property and wondering: Who is the right person for this property? Or when I'm working with a buyer: Where is the property that's right for this person? Bringing those two together is what I love about real estate.
